Standard Shipping: Available for all orders. Delivery times are estimated at 7-10 business days within India. The product may also arrive early depending on the location.

Express Shipping: Available for an additional cost, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days within India.The product may also arrive early depending on the location.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we plan to expand soon. Stay tuned!
2. Packaging

Wooden toys are sensitive to moisture, so we use protective wrapping to keep your items secure and in optimal condition.
3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Free for all domestic orders over ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, a flat rate of ₹50 will apply.

Express Shipping: Charges are based on the location and weight of the items, with a minimum of ₹150.

International Shipping: Not available currently.
4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen factors like weather conditions, customs delays, or holidays may occasionally delay shipments.

Return & Refund Policy

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Products must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns, except in cases of damage or defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized items, or items bought on sale cannot be returned.

Certain items with hygiene concerns, like teethers, may also be non-returnable. Please check the product description for more information.
3. Initiating a Return
