• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Products must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns, except in cases of damage or defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized items, or items bought on sale cannot be returned.

• Certain items with hygiene concerns, like teethers, may also be non-returnable. Please check the product description for more information.

3. Initiating a Return

• Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos (of the damage).

4. Return Process

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

5. Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving the product to arrange a replacement or refund.

• Express Shipping: Available for an additional cost, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days within India.The product may also arrive early depending on the location.

• International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we plan to expand soon. Stay tuned!

2. Packaging

• We use eco-friendly and durable packaging to ensure the safe and sustainable delivery of your items.

• Each product is carefully wrapped to protect it from any damage during transit.

• Wooden toys are sensitive to moisture, so we use protective wrapping to keep your items secure and in optimal condition.

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: Free for all domestic orders over ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, a flat rate of ₹50 will apply.

• Express Shipping: Charges are based on the location and weight of the items, with a minimum of ₹150.

• International Shipping: Not available currently.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

• Delivery times may vary based on location, especially in remote areas.

5. Shipping Delays

• While we aim to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen factors like weather conditions, customs delays, or holidays may occasionally delay shipments.
